It has been a long time since I wrote a blog on the train. Well the truth is I don’t catch the train by myself much anymore and sometimes I simply have better things to do (read, listen to music, homework or eat). Actually I only catch the train every 2 or 3 days a week, because since my mum got a new job I just go to her office in the afternoon. Today I ‘m having one of those days where I just want to sit alone on the train and blog. -Looks out the train window- Melbourne is ugly, well it’s a pretty city in the making (yeah I know it’s debatable but don’t argue with me).
Anyway, I cannot wait until the holidays; I’ve been thinking that since the term started. I love and loath the holidays at the same time, because when I have that time I’m bound to waste most of it and procrastinate. I procrastinate so much I am procrastinating to start a procrastinating club. No doubt teachers are going to give us loads of holiday homework, and no doubt I’m going to leave it until the last Sunday.
In geography class today Phoebe and I thought of reasons why we shouldn’t come to school in the last week.
1. Because it’s the last week, as if anyone is going to concentrate on doing work.
2. In most our classes we are having class parties (trust me, I would much rather staying at home than being at a Mac.Rob class party)
3. The private schools finished last week, since we try so hard at being a private school why don’t we finish early like them?
4. We finish early on three of the days anyway.
5. Friday is out of uniform day and no one can be serious on out of uniform day.
But our school is mean and illogical we have a math test on Thursday, now that is just plain cruel!
But hey! Right now it’s all talk no action, that’s because it’s still fun to make ridiculous lists and keep repeating “I can’t wait until the holidays”. I must bid adieu now, because I have to study for my math test
