Is the market, of course. Today me and Lisa went to Camberwell Market, it was a struggle getting up at 7:30 am in the holidays. But it was all worth it in the end, our trip was long and tiring but we conversed our way through it. At the market we pounced at one thing after another but we realize we couldn’t impulse buy since you can’t return anything at a market. After one and a half rounds of the market I bought a cerulean pleated skirt that I will adjust for $5 and also a super soft, leather, grey belt for $4. It feels exhilarating to buy such cheap clothing and not be wearing rags. As we were walking around both me and Lisa saw a replica of a Miu Miu dress, we both sprinted towards it but I realized it was something I could make and I promised myself I would not buy anything I could make. Lisa loved the dress so she bought it as she was paying for the dress I said “Yeah, I could make this” and the man (young, metro in his 20s) said “ Yeah! You go to your sewing room and you make that dress girl!” it was hilarious! Then when we got a bit sick of the crowd at the market so we went back to the city to have lunch and Lisa needed to buy the new Gossip Girl book. So, we went to Le Favorites restaurant and had lunch (pasta penne). It was really delicious until it got to the bottom and there was just sauce and oil, not exactly appetizing. Me and Lisa are similar in a way that, when we eat something savory we like to follow it with something sweet, so she got a choc chip cookie and I bought a soft serve cone. Lisa bought her book after 20 minutes of searching, then we returned home. Well not exactly, we went to the video shop and I rented some DVDs.

PS. Such a shame Bianca wasn’t there, she would have had so much fun.
