Style.com’s new look

I love facelifts on websites but this one was plain, and unoriginal, VERY disappointing. I had no idea it was even going to have a new look until Lisa informed me of it. The old layout was so much better, the new one is just like any other Vogue website, and the colours were great (blue, grey and white), now it’s just white and grey. Boring font, boring hue, but still, I’ll be glued to it during fashion week.

Waffle

Yesterday during my scheduled ‘free time’, me and mum went on a waffle maker hunt, we covered the whole of the northern suburbs of Melbourne and finally found a stocker 5kms from our house, unlucky or what?! I’ll tell you something that’s worse, as we were coming home I tripped up my back verandah stairs, the same flight of stairs that gave me that hideous scar on my right shin a year ago, I still haven’t gotten rid of the scar yet and here I am with two huge purple/green bruises on my legs and a possible scar. And that’s not the worst bit, as I was falling down the cactus came down with me, yeah… and you can guess what happened next. But here are the waffles:

Gowns, are so hard to make

I would know, I’m making one right now, well not exactly right now but you know? I’m making a gown for the Spotlight competition, with red and black silk ,and without a pattern, I’m starting to think I bit off more than I could chew. WHAT WAS I THINKING?! I doubt I’ll win the competition but I certainly hope I would, and I’m too old to enter the under 14 section so I have to compete with adults. EKKKKK!
