Oh darlings I missed you!

6 06 2009

After circling around the multi level parking lot for an hour in search of an empty spot at Doncaster Westfield (Shoppo) mum and I gave up. After arguing in the car for 30 more minutes we drove up to greater suburbia: Northlands. We wondered around quiet aimlessly and we after failing to find anything ‘nice’ I bought this month’s Australian Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. My key rule to a happy shopping trip is “when you can’t get your fix in the shops, get it from the glossies”. Even though I’ve never been a fan of Gisele or the colour aqua but this is a June/July issue, there was a dree umbrella and I haven’t bought HB in a while so I just implusly grabbed it. Vogue on the other hand, I had my eyes on since it came out. It has features on Romance was Born, RAFW  and the ‘Cry me a Riviera’ editorial looks superb!

Can you believe thse are the first fashion magazines of the year? Other than my ”Vogue Paris Collections”. Instead I’ve been buying interior design and cooking magazines.

Yeah and I got changed halfway through the day, the whole get up wasn’t working for me

So, I tried to to go a bit ‘casual’ but I failed. Whenever I do it I feel under dressed, and I try and accessorise so it looks a bit more ‘polished’.
