The time has come

In exactly 15 hours I will be stepping through the glass doors of my school to start semester 2. But this time, it’ll be doing it with a brand new attitude. Not only am I doing one of my favourite electives (Visual Communication and design) but if I get a good report, I’ll be getting a new pair of Louboutins!!! It’s a really beautiful light at the end of a hideous tunnel full of crap subjects and teachers (health? a compulsory elective… it’s not an elective is it’s COMPULSORY IS IT?!)
So, to really push myself I spent about 3 hours catching up on missed math exercises and 2 hours window shopping, 1 hour pressing my school uniform all while wearing my Louboutin Mad Marys.
Today:
Dress: My own design
Shoes: Louboutin
Tomorrow:
Uniform: Bob Stwarts
So far I’ve slimmed down the hundreds of pairs of Loubs to just 6. I know I want someone that’s simple but well cut, not too much ‘toe clevage’, about 3-4 inches high, preferably black or caramel. Something that you can wear with every outfit but still with a little bit of something speacial (I think a flash of the red sole is speacial enough for me).

To be honest, for someone your age your should pick something more fun. I’m 19 and I wouldn’t wear any of the ones you posted for another 5 or so years, and I work in finance LOL. Maybe a pair of booties or the Ronda Dina platform pumps? If you’re set on the ones you have, you can’t go wrong with the Ron Rons.
The Mad Marys were a great first pick.
Definitely the hidden platform pumps! Fun is good but they look a good classic shoe that will go with everything and last for a long time!

@Y Well, when have I ever dressed my age? ahha. I have a few pairs of booties already. Ronda Dinas are lovely (I love the lace) but I’m abit -makes face- about ankle straps. Thanks for the suggestion!
@Sophie Thanks for the suggestion. I agree, especially because of their hefty price tag I would rather the classic looks over the ‘trendy’ looks. I mean, I love my mad marys but 1- they are realllllllyyyyyyy high and 2. they’re not as versatille.

I read your response and i kind of agree now looking at them. The curve doesn’t look right. I like the second image (hidden platform leather pumps) but i think they look too sophisticated looking to wear with many outfits. I have found, what looks to be, them exactly in a patent. I think the patent is a better often because they can be dressed down with an outfit, but can also be dressed up. Here’s the link!

But 5inches might be a tad high, I heard you can apparently go to the Paris Louboutin boutique and get the shoes on custom order. So I can get a lower heel… hmmm and my friend is going to Paris in Sept.

LOL but it’s not just about sex ed, I’ve done sex ed as a subject. health is about smoking, alcohol, body image, blahh blahh blahh. I hate talking about that stuff infront of the whole class. I would rather talk about sex than bulimia -rolls eyes-
@Angela woah. thats handy! custom…but one prob, if you lower it, then you also have to make the platform lower, then it wont have the same style! you’re choice though, you’re the one that wears them. i have sued boots (Louboutins) and theyre 5″, good heigh for me, but im short (5 ft 5).

Oh man, if they made a movie “Hidden Platform, Patent Leather” it would be amazing. Even if it was a half-assed Movie Maker slide-show of shoes. I’m leaning towards the hidden platform leather pumps too. But what about the “Bouquet Platform Pumps” ?? They are like the Ronda Dinas but more suitable. I dunno, just a suggestion. Have fun enjoying the smell of a new pair of Louboutins, and enjoy school! I, too have pressed my uniform in preparation and salute you.
