Well hello

Hello my darling readers, I know I promised more posts since I’m on holidays but my holiday plans have pretty much all been cancelled since I now work from 9-5 (and sometimes later!) But I have some fabulous news! As you may have noticed, my photos’ quality has seriously declined during the last month or two, that’s because I dropped it once (ok, twice, fine, SEVERAL TIMES!) and once every few shoots the screen turns purple (but I do my usual ‘hit-it-until-it-works-again’ trick and it usually works. One of my mum’s friends (who reads my blog HEY SABRINA! THANKS! ) noticed and bought me a Nikon Coolpix digicam. Long story short, after debating and contemplating we exchanged it for a Nikon D3000 DSLR instead. I’ve wanted a DSLR ever since I got word that they existed (yeah I was 13), but I have never taken a photography class in my whole life. The only ones I’ve ever come in contact with are Bianca’s and Marla’s DSLRs, so needless to say I’m a newbie to the world of DSLRs, but I did know when used correctly they produced marvellous and high quality pictures! To be honest I really need a lesson or two on how to use DSLRs since it took me a little over 10 minutes to figure out how to use them and then, I summoned my dad to help me. Lucky for me, dad use to be quite the photography fanatic, but sadly he hasn’t stopped talking about it ever since.
Look at it, it’s soooooo perrrtyyyyyy!
I had to practice on flowers, real and fake…

I really liked this picture, for some absurd reason. Probably because it was the only self timer picture that focused properly. Like I said, STILL LEARNING!

I gave up and decided to take my outfit picture with my old Digicam before it got too dark and I had to use the flash.

Loving the skirt
NOTHING YOU WEAR MATCHES. EPIC FAIL FOR A “FASHION”-OBSESSED PERSON.
DSLRs are the best and yes, they take some getting used to but they are very worth it! I took photography at school though
I don’t usually swear but @Bunny SHOVE IT BACK UP YOUR FUCKING ASS! That’s a stunning outfit, infact all her outfits are stunning. Like ange said on her twitter, you probably wear supre and think leggings, tight singlets and gladiators make for a good outfit.
Don’t listen to bunny, she’s just another twat who doesn’t understand fashion.
Look who’s the lucky girl! Are those first flowers fake? They’re really pretty!
I’m usually pretty urhhgggg about fake flowers but those are beautiful. And YAY! The autumn leaf skirt makes another appearance! I love that skirt dearly…
I agree with Bec don’t listen to Bunny, she’s pathetic. What does matching have to do with anything? I very highly doubt she knows anything about style or fashion or have any common courtesies. Don’t worry your little head about haters and losers alike.

come on people, manners!!
Such a gorgeous camera and nice outfit!
I’m saving up for a Nikon D40 and I want it bad…
Anyways, I love how you combined the layered top with the lovely autumn skirt.
*gasp* I’ve been contemplating getting that exact camera and starting a blog. Here I am doing research and I stumble upon yours! Your clothes are gorgeous and you are so talented for your age!
Thanks for being an inspiration!
Love,
Bubbles.
Congratulations on the new camera, it looks quite complicated. But I’m sure you’ll use it to it’s full extent. Beautiful skirt!
Lucky girl! What a fantastic camera. Really love your outfit too x Sushi
